Remy Properties, L.L.C., was officially recognized as a limited liability corporation in the State of Nevada in mid-2004. The successes of property investment, however, began with the first home in Davis, CA, in December 1996. Since then, R.P.I. president Adam Gemoets has purchased twenty one properties in California and Arizona. R.P.I. is now an active, growing company with eight properties currently owned, two under construction, and numerous investors. R.P.I. has successfully identified superior performing markets that significantly exceed national and regional trends, and has even exceeded average returns within those markets. R.P.I. generally reflects 30-40% annual returns for real estate investments with a diverse portfolio of real estate markets, such as new construction, pre-foreclosures, remodeling, rentals, and lease options.

As of August 2006, R.P.I. assets are valued at over $3 million in real estate, and has purchased a total of twenty one properites.
