Liquid Investments are very high yielding liquid investments, secured by over $2 million in company assets. Joint ventures generally generate much higher returns, often yielding 30-60% annually, based on the performance of a specific property.

For those with more immediate returns, R.P.I. Liquid Investments show high yields (15-20% Annually), and function similar to a conventional C.D. Investment. Terms are flexible in order to tailor to individual investment needs. After the initial term (typically 6 months), funds may be withdrawn at any time, and within 30 days the funds are dispersed. All investments and returns are guaranteed and secured by the real estate holdings of R.P.I. This makes R.P.I. liquid investments one of the safest, highest-yielding, short term investments in today's market. This investment is excellent for those seeking a simple initial investment or those with temporary cash holdings or equity lines.

Joint ventures reward investors to earn a more significant share in the profitability of an investment property. While this offers a far greater potential return on their investment, and requires investors to be proportionately sresposibile of the financing needs such as aquisition as well as repair and/or remodeling costs. All profits are paid at the close of escrow, and are based on the net profit of the property. Joint ventures are secured by the property, so investors assume very little risk.
